Our minimum length of stay is generally 3 nights, however if you require a shorter stay we are happy to help.

Payment in full is taken at time of reservation

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before your arrival. Anything less than 48 hours is non-refundable.

A serviced house is a house that provides all of the amenities you need to live comfortably throughout your stay.

With a serviced house you rent the whole space opposed to just a room. You also have all of the self catering options, free wifi and linen/towels to make your stay feel more at home. 

You will be provided with all of the basic essentials including pots, pans, cutlery, drinkware.

Every Workstays apartment comes fully furnished complete with all of your homely essentials.

Tea, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, local information 

Self check in. Once the check in portal is complete. This will be sent to you two days before your stay. 

Subject to availability, your check in times can be adjusted by the check in portal

Each property has its own individual policy

Place the key back into the security box and change the code so the correct code is no longer visible

Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, lockable doors and windows. 

We have specific accessible properties which come with ramps, handrails and accessible bathrooms

Each specific property has individual guest allowances. You will need to check your booking which will indicate how many guests are permitted to stay comfortably within the property

We operate on a no smoking policy across all properties

Online via card payment, or through BACS upon receipt of the invoice

We require payment in full at time of booking
